Cross Country Lessons:  maximum 4 riders in group / 1.5 hours TDSJC Members:  $45 / lesson Non-Members:  $65 / lesson (including course / equipment hire) Private Showjumping Lesson:  30 minutes TDSJC Members:  $55 / lesson Non-Members:  $75 / lesson (including course / equipment hire) Private Cross Country Lesson: 1 hour TDSJC Members:  $110 / lesson Non-Members:  $130 / lesson (including course / equipment hire)

All riders need to be members of TDSJC and/or EA. EA rules apply. Membership status will be checked, so please ensure your memberships are up to date.  If you're not an EA member please contact me so I can make sure you have the right forms to fill out.

You will be charged a 5.5% processing fee to cover the fees we are charged by Nominate to process your nominations.  Entries are via Nominate ONLY.

If you wish to camp at the Toowoomba Showgrounds you will need to contact the RASQ on (07) 4634 7400 and arrange this separately.

CONDITIONS OF NOMINATION:

1. Please nominate to your and your horses current ability. It is not fair to other riders in your group if you and your horse are unable to ride at the allocated height as this will hold the group up. If you have any questions please speak with Amy. • Pre Intro 60cm • Intro 80cm • Prelim 95cm • Pre Novice 105cm

2. In the unlikely event we need to cancel lessons due to wet / severe weather we may retain a 30% cancellation fee to cover costs.

3. NO REFUNDS AFTER CLOSE OF ENTRIES (unless we have a waiting list and / or we can fill your lesson). Close of entries will be the date which the school actually fills, so the close date may well move forward, if the school fills early.  Refunds prior to close of entries must be in writing and will attract a 20% cancellation fee unless we fill your spot then we refund in full.  No refunds once the clinic has started as it's too late to substitute.

4. Organisers reserve the right to reject any entry, alter any class or change the program, if necessary.
