Coach Insurance update from Gow Gates Will McArthur

Gow Gates representative, Will McArthur visited Brisbane on Tuesday 30 October to present an insurance update for Queensland coaches. Will stressed the importance of coaching within your EA accreditation levels for the safety of both the riders and you as the coach.

Your EA coach’s insurance policy is based around coaching within your level of EA qualification. EA has developed the below matrix that outlines the heights/levels for each of the four coaching qualifications. Coaching anything above your accredited level will not be able to be verified or supported by EA should an incident occur. Please view the below matrix of what is covered within each level:
