National Jumping Rules - Update

The National Jumping rule book has had some changes made which will come into effect on September 1.

The changes are regarding minimum speed for competition, horse eligibility for Future Stars, Futurity classes and Stars of the Furture classes as well as classes which will attract points on the horses competition licence.
