Nominations are open for the Pryde's EasiFeed 2015 IQ State Championships!

All nominations for the Pryde's EasiFeed 2015 IQ State Championships are initially accepted and will be balloted if classes are oversubscribed, so the highest qualified riders get a ride and the rest will receive a full refund. This means that you do not need to rush to get your nominations in, so please ensure you take the time to read the program and that you have all the required details before submitting your entry. Nominations without all of the correct details will be deemed not complete, so please enter all requested information!
 
 The following information is required:

• EQ membership number
• EA horse registration number (all horses must be EA registered to attend State & National Championships)
• School name
• Year level
• IQ horse/rider combination number
• Correct qualifiers
• What nights you require stables

 All information has been included in the program, so please ensure you read this if you have any questions. There are also a few States specific rules that you need to know which are in the program. Email contacts are in there if you have any questions AFTER reading the program.
