Sue has been a member of Equestrian Queensland for the past 10 years and was elected to the Equestrian Queensland Board in 2015. She was on the Interschool sport committee for 6 years including two years as the chair of Interschool Queensland and state representative on the National Interschool Committee.

Sue has more than 30 year's experience in administration and management across government, property, health and not for profit sectors and brings to the board an understanding of the importance of a forward thinking operational plan and managing the membership experience to build engagement and strategy for strong growth. Sue is currently the Senior Membership Advisor for a national organization.

With experience in event management, developing and delivering membership benefit models and stakeholder engagement Sue has volunteered at regional, state and national competitions in a variety of roles. She has a passion for developing skills and opportunities for junior riders and building strong relationships across equestrian disciplines to benefit our sport. She has been awarded the Equestrian Queensland Administrator of the Year 2012, Equestrian Australia Administrator of the Year 2012 and Equestrian Queensland Service to Junior Sport in 2013.
