EQ Affiliated Clubs Governance Workshop - Moreton Bay
EQ AFFILIATED CLUBS GOVERNANCE WORKSHOPS
In November 2019 EQ will be delivering a number of free 'Good Governance Workshops' to support EQ affiliated clubs with building and improving governance processes.
The two hour workshops will take a practical, flexible and interactive approach to good governance and will be delivered by an experienced governance consultant with an equestrian background. The workshops will focus on:
Addressing any issues of concern,
Ensuring club administrators have a general knowledge about responsibilities and accountabilities,
Sharing tips and traps and where to find relevant information.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Any current and incoming members of management committees of EQ affiliated clubs are invited to attend.
WHAT TO BRING?
Please come to the workshop with any examples of issues of concern relating to your club's governance that you would like to address, example's might include:
- Resolving conflict
- Roles of office bearers
- Roles of volunteers
- Induction and succession planning
- Meetings and minutes
- Managing projects and budgets
- Strategic planning and work plans
