Invitation to EQ affiliates in South Brisbane

There is an information session on the Queensland Government's Get in the Game suite of funding programs, an $80 million three year investment to support sport and recreation at the grassroots level.

Date: 8 June 2016

Time: 6.30pm - 7.40pm

Venue: Coorparoo Secondary College Auditorium, Stanley Street East & Cavendish Road, Coorparoo

Host: Jackie Trad, Member for South Brisbane, combined with Joe Kelly, MP member for Greenslopes and Di Farmer, MP member for Bulimba.

The following programs will be covered by the presenters:

• Get Started Vouchers- funding for young people to participate (next opens July 13)
• Get Going Clubs- funding to help clubs grow (next opens on July 1)
• Get Playing Places & Spaces- funding to improve facilities (next opens on July 1)
• Get Playing Plus- funding to help improve infrastructure (now closed)
