IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

- A horse and rider combination may only compete in class A or B not both.

- A horse may not start more than twice on Friday & Saturday in Arena's 1 & 2.

- Sunday is one start per horse in Arena's 1 & 2.

-  Entries & Stabling must be paid in full on Global Entries upon entering the show or they will be denied.

- No Refund on entries after close of entries.

- All Riders must complete indemnity forms before start of competition.

- All horses & riders competing in official classes must be current finincial members of EA

- This event will be run under EA/FEI regulations.

-  Australian & European helemt standards and proper riding boots will apply to be worn in all rings and riders must wear their helmets at all times when mounted on a horse.

- The organising comitte reserves the right, at their absolute discretion, to alter or amend any of the conditions, regulations or any aspect of the event they see fit.

- Championship classes will be a mounted presentation in the Main Arena.

- Dogs must be restrained on a lead at ALL times.

- Riders must complete Bio Security forms upon arrival.

- Southern Cross stabling will be available. Stabling is non refundable.

- NO Eletric Yards can be constructed only SOLID yards.

Friday Night boogie the night away with Live Band and Gourmet Pizzas in the VIP Marquee!! Tickets available at the office!

Saturday evening support the Stanley Hotel for a great night with Music and great meals!

Sunday treat yourself to a VIP ticket and enjoy watching the action up close and personal, frock up for Fashions on the Field great prizes to be won!!
