About Us

Greg & Patricia Grant founded the company in 1977 with one store located at Coopers Plains, Brisbane.

Greg commenced his career as a livestock auctioneer in NSW.  He achieved much success in this field and the decision was made to establish their own agency selling at Cannon Hill.  Saddlery was soon introduced to the sales beginning a long and successful contribution to the saddlery industry by both Greg & Patricia, later joined by their Daughter Amanda and her husband Wroxton.

The saddlery business flourished with a store at Annerley opened in 1980 and Aspley in 1982, as well as a very popular Mail Order Service. In 2015 the decision was made to combine the two stores with a substantially re-furbished, modern store at Aspley.

Greg Grant Saddlery is the largest supplier of horse riding equipment and saddlery in Australia.  Our extensive range includes horse rugs, horse bridles and halters, saddles, saddle pads, stock whips,  gift ranges (including Australian items), grooming products, stable equipment, cattle & sheep products as well as everything for the rider, including an extensive range of apparel.  All disciplines are catered for from dressage to polo & polocrosse, racing to showing, pony club, pleasure riding, endurance, western, harness, cutting and reining.

Old fashioned service in new, modern premises at Aspley is still available at Greg Grant Saddlery with the added benefit of a Website with over 15,000 products on offer. Greg Grant Saddlery have been Mail Order Specialists for over 35 years so we have the experience to get it right first time.
