Cross Country Lessons: maximum 5 riders in group / 1.5 hours

$80 / lesson (including $15 course / equipment hire)

Showjumping Lessons: maximum 3 riders in group / 1 hour

$80 / lesson (including $15 course / equipment hire)

Private Showjumping lessons - Saturday only - VERY LIMITED

$145 / lesson (including $15 course / equipment hire)

You will be charged a 5.5% processing fee to cover the fees we are charged by Nominate to process your nominations. Entries are via Nominate ONLY.

All riders need to be members of WHT and/or EA. EA rules apply. I will be checking both WHT and EA memberships, so please ensure your memberships are up to date. If you're not an EA member please contact me so I can make sure you have the right forms to fill out.

CONDITIONS OF NOMINATION:

1. Please don't enter a 105cm & above lesson if you're only confident jumping 80cm etc, eg. only enter 105cm & above if you're already competing at EvA105. It's not fair to other riders in your group, if you exaggerate you and your horses ability then run into trouble and hold the group up, and you will get more out of the lesson, if you're in the most appropriate group. This won't apply to mixed groups, but we would prefer if horse / rider combinations were confidently jumping 80cm, so everyone gets the most out of this group - this one off lesson will be last of the day, so may run over time if neccessary

2. You will need to ride any time between 7:00am and 5:00pm so please make sure you can make these times before entering. If you have special time preferences please contact me to make sure I can accomodate you before entering.

3. In the unlikely event we need to cancel lessons due to wet / severe weather we may retain a 30% cancellation fee to cover costs or we may need to charge extra to cover indoor arena hire and move to indoor dressage lessons only. In this situation the indoor arena may not be located at Morgan Park, so you may need to travel 30 mins to the indoor we have hired.

4. NO REFUNDS AFTER CLOSE OF ENTRIES (unless we have a waitling list and we can fill your lesson). Close of entries will be the date which the school actually fills, so the close date may well move forward, if the school fills early. Refunds prior to close of entries must be in writing and will attract a 20% cancellation fee unless we have someone wanting your lesson. No refunds once the clinic has started as it's too late to substitute.

5. Organisors reserve the right to reject any entry, alter any class or change the program, if necessary.
