Investment into Horse Welfare and Rider Safety

As part of our commitment to improving rider safety and horse welfare, following consultation with key stakeholders across multiple disciplines the Equestrian Queensland Board are pleased to advise that we have now acquired an UA80 AERA-Vator which will help to prepare optimal competition surfaces prior to events.

The investment upholds our commitment to invest in providing services for our members, with a strong balance sheet allowing the user-friendly new equipment available for loan to our affiliated clubs at no cost.

A booking process with accompanying terms has been put in place with the first beneficiaries being Fig Tree Pocket Equestrian Club ahead of their CNC event scheduled for 6/7 October.

The booking form can be complete HERE

The Board of Equestrian Queensland, also recently released Program 7 Facility and Equipment Subsidy which is currently under assessment. The Program was available for facility upgrades, ground improvement or purchasing of new equipment with a focus on improving safety and/or horse welfare at their club grounds.

Successful applicants will be advised in the coming week.
