Equestrian Queensland (EQ) is pleased to announce with Oz Endurance (Q) Inc, Equestrian Australia (EA), Equestrian Sports New Zealand (ESNZ), FEI Endurance, Australian Endurance Riders Association (AERA) and Queensland Endurance Riders Association (QERA) the launch of the 2024 Inglewood ENDURAFEST featuring the Australasia Regional Endurance Championship held from Friday 31 May - 2 June 2024.

International teams of 4 riders from the Australasia region will be invited to contest the inaugural Australasia Regional Endurance Championship, an FEI1* 100km endurance teams event that will feature at the 2024 Inglewood ENDURAFEST. Pool horses will be required for the international teams and potentially any visiting individual athletes competing.

This is a wonderful opportunity for Australian riders to experience a major international endurance event and we look forward to welcoming visiting countries to Inglewood to catch the country spirit” said Dick Collyer, Queensland Endurance Riders Association (QERA) President.

The 3 days of competition will start with the international teams event on Friday followed by FEI1*, 2* and 3* rides, AERA 160km, 80km, 40km and 20km ‘Come and Try Endurance‘ events, educational workshops for athletes, officials and veterinarians, a volunteers club, sponsors hub, trade village and spectator/crew points on course.

In my capacity as the FEI Vice President and Chair of Regional Group VIII, I eagerly anticipate the inaugural edition of the Australasia Endurance Regional Championships to play a pivotal role in fostering growth and development within our vibrant equestrian community.   This event stands as a beacon for opportunity to offer riders in our region an opportunity to compete internationally,  while also serving as a catalyst for the growth of the equestrian industry in Australia”said Jack Huang, FEI Vice President and Chair of Regional Group VIII.
