EQ ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & MEMBER FORUM REGISTRATION
The Equestrian Queensland (EQ) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held:
Date: Monday 23 March 2026
Time: 6:30pm
Venue: Sports House, Cnr Caxton and Castlemaine Streets, Milton
and via Zoom (link to be provided prior to the AGM)
All members wishing to attend the AGM must register to attend either in person or via Zoom via the link below:
AGM Special Resolutions
The EQ AGM Agenda includes Special Resolutions proposed by the EQ Board to confer Honorary Life Membership to Kay Paulsen and Graeme Watts in recognition of their distinguished service to equestrian sport in Queensland.

Voting on the Special Resolutions will be conducted via digital ballot at the AGM on Monday 23 March 2026.

Equestrian Queensland members are invited to attend a Members Forum immediately following the EQ Annual General Meeting on Monday 23 March 2026.
The forum will provide an opportunity for members to hear directly from the Equestrian Australia Board and CEO, who will attend and provide an update on national priorities, governance discussions, and the future direction of equestrian sport in Australia.
Members attending the AGM are encouraged to stay on and participate in this open forum, which will also include an opportunity for questions and discussion.
The forum will be held in person at Sports House, Milton, and online via Zoom.
