IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE UPCOMING EA AGM
The 2020 Equestrian Australia Annual General Meeting (AGM) next week requires at least 5% of the members nationally (approximately 1,000 members ) to attend or submit a proxy vote for the meeting to proceed.
We ask EQ members to participate in the AGM by registering to attend the meeting or by submitting a proxy vote by 4:00pm Thursday 14 January 2021 via this portal – https://EAreg.verovoting.com.au
To submit a proxy, you will need to complete the ‘Form of Appointment of Proxy’ and return via email [email protected] by 4.00pm (QLD time) on Thursday 14 January 2021. You may appoint another member or the Chairperson of the meeting as your proxy.
Equestrian Queensland supports the Notice of Motion (YES) to include Equestrian Northern Territory as a recognised Branch with equal rights to that of other Branches in the EA Constitution.
