New Just Go IT Platform for Equestrian Australia – Key Dates & What You Need to Do

Equestrian Australia’s new digital member platform will go live on 1 September 2025, replacing the current EA Online Membership system. The new platform promises to streamline memberships and horse registrations.

Key Dates

  • 21-24 August 2025 – Complete any urgent membership renewals
  • 25–31 August 2025 – Final transition period. Members should not update their MyEA profiles during this week.
  • 1 September 2025 – New EA digital platform officially launches.

During the transition week, only critical transactions will be processed, and these will be handled manually by State branches before being transferred into the new system. Please contact your state branch if you need assistance during this time.

What You Need to Do Now

  • If you need your membership renewed before 1st September log into EA Online and do this prior to the 25th August
  • Do not update EA Online profiles between 25–31 August.
  • Check and save your details: log in to MyEA and screenshot horse profiles, results, and membership data.
  • Coaches and Officials: gather qualifications and certificates.
  • Clubs: capture compliance documentation.

These steps provide a safeguard in case some information does not migrate automatically to the new platform.

Equestrian Australia will provide:

  • Training modules and practical guides in the lead-up to the launch.
  • Updates on additional features being phased in over the next six months.

  • The Equestrian Queensland Team will also be available during normal business hours to assist members as usual via [email protected] or (07) 3891 6611

Some features, such as the Coach, Official and Club Finder, will not be fully operational until members and clubs verify their data. These functions are expected to be live within weeks of launch.

What doesn’t change in Nominate

Looking Ahead

While the tight transition timeline has meant a staged rollout, Equestrian Australia says the platform will deliver a modern, member-centric system already used by 15,000 clubs and three million users worldwide. Members can expect continuous improvements and a more reliable digital experience for competitions, registrations, and services.
