QOTT Grant Funding - Post Event Report Requirements
The Queensland Off-The-Track (QOTT) Event Sponsorship Program is an initiative to create more competition opportunities, drive demand and support the visibility of retired racehorses in their post-racing careers.
The QOTT Program is committed to creating competition opportunities and stimulating the demand for retired Thoroughbred and Standardbred racehorses via sponsorship of equestrian and domestic horse sport Events, Series and Clinics across all disciplines.
The QOTT Event Sponsorship Agreement requires the event organiser to provide QOTT within five (5) business days from the end date of the event or series, a list of all retired racehorses that participated in the event, series or clinic held. This list must include:
- Retired racehorse official registered name
- Microchip number,
- Horse Owner/ Handler Full name
- Postcode
- Registered Classes
- Results
To ensure that event organisers can meet the deliverables required by QOTT, please ensure that this information is collected at the time of nomination on the platform being utilised.
