2026 Equestrian Queensland Membership Renewal Preparation

Equestrian Queensland will be launching 2026 membership renewals in the coming days. To ensure a smooth and efficient renewal process on the new JustGo platform, we kindly ask all members who have not yet logged in to complete the short account set-up steps outlined below before renewals open.

Step 1 – Log In and Reset Your Password

An account has already been created for you with the username 4012303. To access your account:

  1. Go to https://equestrianaustralia.justgo.com/
  2. Enter your username and click “Forgot Password.”
  3. Follow the automated email instructions sent to your registered email address to set a new password.

Once you have reset your password, you can log in and complete your membership profile.

Step 2 – Review and Update Your Membership Profile

After logging in, please review and confirm your membership information. This includes a few new questions added for 2026.

Follow these steps:

  • Under MEMBERSHIP, select your State membership category and confirm details are correct.
  • Next, click MEMBER DETAILS and complete the questions under the ABOUT ME tab.
  • In the PROFILE section, review the BASIC DETAILS and OPT IN tabs completed during account setup.
  • Please note: emergency contact information was not transferred from the previous system, so you must add at least one emergency contact.
  • For current EA accredited Coaches and Officials, the new Coach Finder and Officials Finder are now available. If you wish to appear in these directories, you will need to opt in and complete some basic profile details.

Step 3 – Review Horse Profiles

Your horse profiles can be found in the HORSE HUB, accessed via the MENU in the top-left corner of the screen.

All available data transferred from MyEA—including horse registration details, competition licences, and ownership information—can be found here.
 However, please note the following:

  • Some identification details such as markings, brands, and origin were unable to be migrated.
  • These fields will be available for members to add or update during the verification period.
  • Please pay close attention to ownership details, as some assumptions were required during migration to differentiate between current and former owners.
