2016 Brisbane CDI Behind The Scenes School Tours

Behind the scenes school tours will be available once again at the 2016 Brisbane CDI. Running from 14-17 July, the Brisbane CDI offers 4 days of exciting and elegant dressage competition, fantastic equestrian shopping in the extensive trade village and more!

The tours are only available on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 July, one morning and one afternoon on both days- first in best dressed! The behind the scenes school tours have been extremely popular in previous years, so make sure you book early! For further information about these tours, contact Cathy Binz at [email protected]

Feedback from schools who took the behind the scenes tour in 2015:

Pullenvale State School: "In 2015, Pullenvale SS took our new team- five students, two staff and our equestrian parents to the Brisbane CDI school tour. The students had the most inspirational day, meeting many of their heroes, including Heath Ryan, the gorgeous Friesian Django and Tor van den Berg.

The children were provided with informative sessions by a range of experts, including event organisers, stewards, vets and judges.

Students were also very excited to receive a sample bag,  including a voucher, which they had loads of fun spending at the fabulous CDI trade village.

A memorable quote from our lovely judge's talk is one I now use often- 'Remember, every time you enter on that centre line just how lucky you are to be there'- inspirational indeed!

Thank you to the wonderful Cathy Binz for all of her coordination, much appreciated.

We will be back in 2016 for sure!"

John Paul College: "It was a fabulous day... So well run with lots of highlights for the girls.  They got to meet some fantastic riders.  Heath Ryan took the time to really talk with the girls taking lots of photos with them and the Stallion Django and his owner as well.  I would highly recommend the day and we will definitely be requesting to attend again this year as we have some new riders on our team and I'm sure they would love it as well.  A Fun and exciting day for the team!!"
