EQUESTRIAN QUEENSLAND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Equestrian Queensland (EQ) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held:
Date: Wednesday 17 March, 2021
Time: 6.00pm for a 6:30pm start
Venue: Sports House, Cnr Caxton and Castlemaine Street, Milton and via Zoom (link to be provided prior to AGM)
All members wishing to attend the AGM must register to attend either in person or via Zoom using the MyEA Portal.

Voting for EQ Election and Closing Date
Voting is being conducted by a ‘Digital Ballot Paper’ through the MyEA Member Portal (see example photo below).
Members have until 4.30pm Monday 15 March 2021 to submit their vote/s in preparation for the AGM.
AGM Special Resolution
The EQ AGM Agenda includes a Special Resolution proposed by the EQ Board to confer Honorary Life Membership to Mrs Mary Seefried for distinguished service to equestrian in Queensland.

Voting on the Special Resolution will be conducted by ‘’Digital Ballot Paper” at the AGM on Wednesday 17 March 2021.
Unable to Attend the EQ AGM
Members who are unable to attend the AGM are permitted to appoint a proxy to vote on the Special Resolution by completing the form below. Proxy forms must be received by 6.00pm Monday 15 March via [email protected] or by post to Sports House, Suite 1.05, 150 Caxton Street, Milton 4064.
