EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EQUESTRIAN QUEENSLAND ACCREDITED COACHES & JUDGES

Are you interested in helping riders around the world get affordable instruction, enhance their
partnership with their horse, and achieve their riding goals?

Ride iQ is seeking contributions to its equestrian curriculum and lesson programs from certified coaches across a variety of disciplines.  Coaches are paid per lesson contributed (lessons can be 8 minutes - 45 minutes in duration). Coaches record while they’re riding, so they should be able to record while getting their daily rides done.  Ride iQ is only as great as our coaches and team. We are a young company, but we are flexible on compensation to get the right people involved.

About Ride iQ

Ride iQ is a mobile app with hundreds of on-demand, listen-while-you-ride audio lessons taught by 21 incredible coaches (Olympic medalists, Olympic team coaches, and other top performers in dressage, show jumping, eventing, equestrian sports psychology etc.). Ride iQ exists to make schooling rides more productive and more fun. Ride iQ is building a team of top Australian coaches to help us create audio-based content that specifically caters to riders here. Ride iQ is looking to recruit additional EA certified coaches and judges to contribute dressage, jumping, and eventing curriculum and Australian-focused content to the app.

At its core, Ride iQ is about equity and education. All equestrians deserve access to correct instruction, and we aim to improve experiences and performances of both horses and riders in a significant way through expanded access. Horsemanship is paramount, and Ride iQ’s approach is aimed at developing well-rounded riders with fundamental skills that can be used in and out of the arena.

“We spend so much of time riding on our own and sometimes we can lack inspiration and even enthusiasm. Ride IQ gives heaps of ideas and learnings on how we can work our horse each day. It also gives you a community of like-minded people to interact with and share your journey with. Not to mention access to experts in so many different areas like competition preparation and dressage test riding.” – Prue Barrett, Ride iQ Coach, 5* event rider, Equestrian Australia National Performance Director for Eventing Ride iQ chooses coaches based on their credibility - people who have produced skilled, capable riders at all levels; a reputation for exceptional horsemanship; excellent communication skills; and a belief in the Ride iQ concept/interest in being involved in this educational platform.
