Equestrian Queensland - Annual General Meeting - Notice, Agenda & Elections
Nominations for the Equestrian Queensland (EQ) Board and Sport Committees closed on Friday 6 February 2026. Elections are conducted only where the number of eligible nominations exceeds the number of vacancies available.
For this election cycle, nominations received for the Equestrian Queensland Board exceeded the vacancies available and will therefore proceed to a ballot.
Nominations for the Sport Committees of Dressage, Jumping, Eventing, Interschool, Show Horse, Vaulting and Driving did not exceed the number of vacancies. Accordingly, no elections are required for these Committees at this time.
Where insufficient nominations were received for an EQ Sport Committee, casual vacancies may be filled through consultation between the EQ Board and the relevant Sport Committee in accordance with the Constitution.
