Invitation for Year 12 Riders to Apply For State Team Leadership Roles

Congratulations on your personal success at this year’s Interschool State Titles. We are looking forward to your contribution to the Queensland Team at the National Competition at SIEC, Sydney, from September 27^th to  October 3^rd inclusive.

 Leading the state team is exciting and also influential. On behalf of the state committee and all the team managers, I am writing to invite you to apply for any of the following leadership positions:-

• Overall Team Captain // Overall Vice-Team Captain.
• Discipline Captains // Discipline Vice-Captains.

 You can nominate for more than 1 of these however, you will only be offered one leadership position. Please clearly list the order of your preferences at the start of your application.

 On behalf of the State Committee, who will conduct the selection process, I ask that you peruse the following questions and then submit your application online by Wednesday July 17^th at 5pm via the online application

• Give a brief background of your interschool competition history.
• Identify your leadership strengths.
• What other roles have you done which promote teamwork.
• What can you offer the Queensland team, team managers and Chef d’Equip.

Your application must not exceed 200 words and can be written in point form and under headings.
