2026 Eventing Queensland State Championships EOI
The Eventing Queensland Committee invites all Eventing Queensland-affiliated clubs interested in hosting the 2026 Eventing Queensland State Championships to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by completing this form.
For the guidance of Organising Committees, the Eventing Queensland Committee considers the following criteria advantageous; however, all applications will be considered:

Capacity to deliver classes up to 3.5/4**

Ability to host the Championships in the second half of 2026

Innovative and engaging strategies to promote and showcase Queensland eventing to the local community and potential sponsors
EOIs close: 7 February 2025
The successful applicant will be notified by mid-February 2025. The host club can expect to receive financial support, promotional and advertising assistance from Equestrian Queensland, and prizes and trophies provided by Eventing Queensland.
Funding will be made available to the host club within 30 days of the completion of the event, subject to the provision of a post event report providing evidence demonstrating promotion of Equestrian Queensland and Eventing Queensland across social media and other media channels (including print, radio, and digital platforms).
