Fig Tree Pocket Equestrian Club-POSTPONED

Hi everyone

Thank you for casting your votes, we had 80% in favour of rescheduling to Sunday, 15 November which - given the huge amounts of rain overnight - is absolutely the right call.

 Refunds

I will ask Nominate to move all entries to Sunday, 15 November. Please let me know before 5pm, Monday 26 October if you are unable to make the new date and would like a full refund for your entry.

 New Entries

The event will open up any remaining spaces to FTPEC members first on Tuesday, 27 October followed by opening to the public on Thursday, 29 October. Entries for the new date will formally close Thursday 5 November however I expect it will be full before this date.

 Protocol Riders

Protocol Riders, your new Protocol Date will be Saturday, 14 November. As above - if you're unable to make the new date please let me know and I will refund your entry.

 Officials

Officials, I will be in contact separately to confirm your availability for the new date.

 DQ Awards

Some of you have enquired about DQ Awards eligibility, I have flagged this with DQ and am waiting to hear back on their decision.

Appreciate the communication from everyone, I am determined to get you a final competition before we wrap the year!

 Cheers, Stef
