2015 Pryde's EasiFeed Australian Interschool Championships

The Pryde's EasiFeed 2015 Australian Interschool Equestrian Championships has been run and won.

A huge congratulations to Equestrian New South Wales for running the event, with over 350 competitors and horses this year, it was the largest event to be held at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre since the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.

Lots of smiles and laughter along with personal best scores were displayed across the week.

There were a number of special awards for outstanding individual performances at the Pryde's EasiFeed 2015 Australian Interschool Equestrian Championships. These were awarded across specific disciplines and included an overall Teams Trophy and our final 'Off The Track' awards for Eventing, Combined Training, Showjumping, Dressage and Show Horse ... such a transition is very special indeed.

A HUGE thank you to all the sponsors who made this event possible. As Judy Fasher, Chair of Equestrian Australia, noted in her closing comments, Equestrian Interschool in Australia has an ever-growing and wonderful depth and there's some real rising stars that we will watch with great interest.

So thank you to all the sponsors, organisers, volunteers, parents, riders and horses that came together to and put a large number of hours to get the event up and running. Thank you so much for helping us make this possible.

Congratulations to the Queensland team! You all put in a super effort, not just in your performance but in team pride. The comradery and atmosphere created by the Queenslanders was noted and praised by many!

By the end of the week Queensland had racked up a trailer full of rugs and trophies including; Champion Combined Training Team, Champion Secondary Dressage Team, 2nd Primary Dressage Team, 3rd Place Eventing Team, 3rd Show Horse Primary Team, 3rd Secondary Show Horse Team, 3rd Primary Jumping Team and 3rd Secondary Jumping Team. That's a top 3 in EVERY team event not to mention RESERVE CHAMPION overall state team!

Queensland also walked away with the Champion Dressage and Combined Training Off The Track Awards and the Closest to Ideal Time Eventing Trophy.
